Guests Take A First-Class Flight to 1927!

At this Scottsdale Private Event Venue event in North Scottsdale, guests progressively “traveled” to each activated culinary station. Each station featured a different chef with a different menu item. Having culinary stations throughout the event helped to alleviate lines for the 1,000 attendees. Upon arrival, a Prickly Pear Margarita greet drink was given to each guest. The first two culinary stations activated were the “West Coast American” and “Mediterranean Indulgence”. Crispy Buffalo Chicken Bites Served in Waffle Cones Drizzled with Herbed Aioli were an Instagram worthy menu item.

Classic Car + Cocktail Bar

First, we took two fully customized 1930’s Model A trucks and repurposed them as mobile bars. Each vehicle has its own unique 90 year history & aesthetic, perfect for photo opportunities and conversation starters. We didn’t stop there- we worked with a fashion specialist to source period-correct uniforms and researched every classic cocktail (and mocktail) to fit the part.

Helicopter entrances and rides during events

Helicopters can land in open fields, parking lots, resorts golf courses, backyards, and other Scottsdale locations. These operations require a safe landing area that’s at least 100 feet x 100 feet, level and free of impediments, trees, and wires. They also require the consent of the property owner. There is nothing else like it in our market and we are thrilled to bring this cutting-edge venue to YOU! This unique venue is ideal for large-scale events with groups up to 450 guests.

Roaring Twenties- Dazzling Event

The Roaring Twenties was a time of rebellion, liberation, and cultural evolution. The Roaring Twenties look is all about that wow-factor of glamour. Layering long pearl necklaces and show-stopping jewels against a simplistic gown take any look to the next level. In the Gatsby-esque area of flappers like Zelda Fitzgerald, zuit suits, gangsters, and jazz-like Duke Ellington, old-school glamour reigns supreme. An event is simply an event until you decide to make it unforgettable. Take yourself and your guests into a world of their own when you host your next event at the Vehicle Vault. Take an amazing turn through time as you enter the 50’s Diner theme and take in everything around you.
