Can we do our own AV?
We run with inspired people n artistic group who are intriguing and original, with high energy and they love to create so we love to let them.
How do I secure my date?
we require a signed contract, 100% of venue fee, call today for more information.
Are there any restrictions to the vendors I can use?
Please see our list of preferred caterers who we trust to provide excellent service. Our full preferred vendor list is available upon request.
Do we have to use your caterer?
We have 3 fabulous ones you are able to use your own you will incur a fee.
Am I allowed to use my own bartenders or have my caterer provide bar service?
No. Beverage service at SPEV will be exclusively provided through our in-house bar program. There are several tiers and options to cater to different needs of our clients. Zero Tolerance Alcohol policy is in place.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside any of our venues.
Is there outside space? And do we have access to it?
Yes, there is outside space that you can access.
Are animals allowed?
There are no pets allowed on the SPEV LLC property except for service animals.
Are we a same sex friendly venue ?
The Venue is proud to support and welcome love in all forms. We believe in a love that does not discriminate against people on the basis of sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, or any other factor. At SPEV Venues, the GLBTQ community will find friends, safety, respect, and joy.
How far in advance should we reserve a date for our event?
We book up quickly, so its best to schedule your date as soon as your know the date.
Are deposits refundable?
Yes, depending on cancellation date.

Do you provide tables, chairs, and linens for your reception halls
All rentals are brought in through our partners and we will handle for you.
Can we have a live band?
Of course, we encourage it!
How long do we get to use your facilities?
Max event time is 4 hours. Set up and tear down is determined by the event type.
Do we need event insurance?
This is always a good idea and in some cases will be required. It will be on a case by case basis and we will let you know if you need it.
What kitchen amenities are available?
None all of our caterers cook on site in their Mobil kitchens.
Are we required to use your preferred vendors?
You are required to use our preferred caterers, security, cleaning valet, and production AV teams.
What are the rules for alcohol?
Your caterer can provide or are service. No cash sales no ticket sales package only.
Who is in charge of cleanup?
A cleaning fee will be added to your contract. This fee is based on event type and number of people.
Are there any extra costs or hidden fees?
No you will sign of anything that will be billed to you.
